Registration fee 

• 2010 registration fee : $60 CDN ($60 US for international students).
• The registration fee is not refundable. All applications submitted without the registration fee will be rejected even if all the other formalities have been respected.

The fees below include tuition, lodging, meals and access to most Festival concerts presented during your stay.

Payment Information

N.B. : All communications from le Domaine Forget will only be emailed (acknowledgement of receipts, acceptance letters, bills, etc)

• First payment - In order to confirm and reserve your spot, a first non-refundable payment covering 50% of the session is due 15 days after receiving your acceptance letter and invoice.

• Second payment - the second half of the payment is due, at the very latest, one month prior to the first day of your session.

• Cancellation / Change / Refunds - Le Domaine Forget will withhold 50% of the second payment in case of cancellation one month or less prior to the beginning of your session. No reimbursement will be issued once the session has begun. No student will be accepted on the site if there are monies due. As of April 1^st, you will be charged $50, if you wish to change the dates of your stay.

Failure to comply with these conditions will entail automatic forfeit of a place at the Academy. Le Domaine Forget reserves the right to cancel any program if circumstances do not warrant its presentation.

Making a payment

To facilitate transactions, several secure methods of payment are proposed below:

PayPal handles all payments securely for le Domaine Forget de Charlevoix. An email confirming your payment will be sent as quickly as possible but kindly note that our email confirmation could take several days. (Paypal also sends a confirmation email). Make sure to indicate the complete name of the candidate for whom a payment is made.
