- Additional fee of $5/pers./night for an additional occupant : every 3 rd occupant for the standard studios and every 5 th occupant for the mezzanine studios. This policy is applicable to all individuals aged 6 years and over.
- For customers bringing their pet or pets to the Studios, a $5 surcharge will be added to the final bill.
- $15 extra for all apartments with a River view.
- $10 extra for apartments with a partial view on the River.
- The housing tax ($2/night), the GST(5 %) and QST (7.5%) are not included in these rates.
- Special rates and cafeteria service available for group bookings on request
