This intensive ten-day program, presented in collaboration with Les Violons du Roy, is intended for very advanced or professional level instrumentalists (minimum age of 16) who wish to develop greater expertise in mastering the different aesthetics and particularities of playing in chamber orchestra, covering a repertoire ranging from the classical period to the post-romantic period.
Session opened to the following instruments
Violin, viola, cello, double bass

The first part of the competition will take place in March 2021 in a virtual formula (more details to come). The finalists of the competition will receive a full scholarship to participate in the 2021 Chamber Orchestra session and the first prize will also get the opportunity to perform solo accompanied by the Académie Orchestra and the Violons du Roy during the concert on Friday August 20, 2021.
The first prize winner of the 2020's competition is not eligible to participate again in the 2021 concerto competition.
