All meals are served at our cafeteria. If you have roommate preferences, you can indicate it on your application form.

Rustic but comfortable, each dorm lodges up to 8 students in bunk beds. There are sinks, a shower, toilet and small individual lockers that can be locked. Minors are under adult supervision (team of counsellors). Students are assigned to their dormitory by age and sex.

Practice huts

Health services

Canadian students requiring medical care in a clinic or at the hospital must have their health insurance card to obtain treatment.

International students must pay for all services with cash, credit card or debit card to obtain medical care in Canada. We strongly suggest that you buy health care insurance valid for the length of your stay in order to get reimbursed for any medical care you may need during your stay. FYI, a doctor’s visit costs approximately $100CDN and a visit to the emergency room can cost between $500 and $700CDN. You can request a copy of your file from the doctor or hospital for reimbursement by your insurer.

Food and allergies

The menus prepared at our cafeteria are varied and take into account the needs of our diverse summer clientele. The food is wholesome and home made. Three meals are served each day with balanced portions of meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, salads and dessert.

A vegetarian menu option is offered to students for the entire stay, this must be specified on the registration. Le Domaine Forget however does not offer a vegan option. Minor food allergies will be handled individually by the cafeteria staff; again, this must be specified on the application form.
