All sales are final. In case a show is cancelled, the ticket may be refunded or exchanged at the same price and equivalent category. Box office service fees are non-refundable unless the show is cancelled.
Late-comers must wait for instructions before going to their seat, no refunds or exchanges accepted.
It is strictly forbidden to take photos or to film during a show. Out of respect for the performers all cell phones and pagers must be turned off.
