Cozy studios with overlook and terrace

These studios with overlook (mezzanine) and terrace have one private bedroom with a queen bed, a common area and a private bathroom.

In the common area are a sofa-bed, a dining table and chairs and kitchenette with refrigerator, oven and kitchen sink.

A mezzanine with a low ceiling serves as relaxation area or extra bedroom with a double futon. The mezzanine can be accessed via a ladder on the wall.

These studios have their own terrace.

Pets
Pets are accepted in most studios for an extra charge of $15 per night. Please refer to the ''Pets'' section of the studio you wish to book to know if animals are accepted.

Common area
You will find a television and some pianos in two rooms called Basilaire III and Basilaire IV, situated in the basement of the DFC Rental Studios housing complex. These rooms are accessible daily from 8:00AM to 11:00PM.

Laundry room
A laundry room is available on site. Costs are $1.50 for the washer and $1.25 for the dryer. Laundry detergent can be purchased on site for a cost of $2.

Discounts
For stays of 5 or 6 nights, save $10 per night.
For stays of 7 nights or more, save $15 per night.

Cancellation policy
30 to 21 days before check-in: 10 % cancellation fee.
20 to 8 days before check-in: 30 % cancellation fee.
7 to 1 day before check-in: 50 % cancellation fee.

Parking 
A free parking area is located in front of the DFC Rental Studios housing complex. 

Electric vehicles
Two EV charging stations are available free of charge to DFC Rental Studios visitors. Please go to the reception desk to have an employee activate a terminal for you.
