Every year since its founding in 1978, the Domaine Forget de Charlevoix International Music and Dance Academy has allowed hundreds of students from all over the world to improve their craft. More than ever, we want to hear you play and see you dance, and we have put everything in place to make it happen again this year, whether online or in person. So make summer 2021 count.

No matter what stage of your career you have reached, the advanced summer sessions at Domaine will help you set your art in motion or give you that extra momentum you're looking for.
Wherever you call home, we make sure that you get access to the progress you deserve. Nothing beats a summer stay at Domaine to immerse yourself in your art and make leaps and bounds. But if travelling is not an option for you, we have set up many e-learning sessions that will give you access to training of the same depth and breadth, from the comfort of your own home. And a wide variety of sessions can also be attended as an online auditor, where you have access to all the masterclasses in a particular session. You just have to connect, sit back we’ll do the rest.
What is summer without great moments to remember? At Domaine, we know how to have fun on and off the stage. You can chill out at the nearby beach, eat marshmallows around the fire or watch shooting stars every night. You can also visit beautiful Charlevoix region, known for having some of the most picturesque landscapes in Quebec.
Private lessons
Get two to three individual weekly lessons with some of the greatest music and dance teachers.
Masterclasses
Get one to two weekly masterclass opportunities with guest artist-faculty and attend as many as you want.
Student performance opportunities
Get the chance to perform in DFC’s Concert Hall, famous the world over for its exceptional acoustics. Or visit beautiful Charlevoix by participating in the On-The-Road Concert Series with your chamber music group.
Workshops and guest lectures
Be inspired, share your ideas, think outside the box and learn from specialists in many disciplinary fields to complement your musical and dance training.
